Complex intuitionistic fuzzy sets (CIFSs), characterized by complex-valued grades of membership and non-membership, are a generalization standard (IF) that better speak to time-periodic issues handle two-dimensional data in solitary set. Under this environment, article, various mean-type operators, namely complex IF Bonferroni means (CIFBM) weighted mean (CIFWBM) presented along with their properties numerous particular cases CIFBM discussed. Further, using the operators decision-making approach is developed illustrated help practical example. Also, reliability methodology investigated aid validity test criteria example results compared prevailing methods based on operators.
